above ~5k = position ON

i mean what rpm is best for vtec on a boost car................like higher rpm or lower rpm...........cuz if you try raising your vtec to about 6k or 6.5k.........you can feel the kick really hard....and if you lower to like 4k or 3.5k........you just hear a sound and that is.........not boost of ..........

a PROPERLY tuned car, you will not "feel" vtec.

do you have a single cam or a dohc?..

in my lsvtec, i have it set at 5000 to aid the spool of my turbo.

Only a tune will determine where vtec placement should be at. You can't choose an rpm range without knowing what motor setup you have. If anything vtec will be engaging where it will smooth out the powerband on a tune.
