Default Oil flushing

I'm putting a new cylinder head on an F22 and I want to flush out all the oil in the bearings to get all the dirty oil out without taking the engine out of the car. Should I do an oil flush? Can I replace the bearings from the bottom of the engine with it still in the car? I am going to be working out of an apartment parking lot and I can't use a hoist here so I'm going to put it on ramps (it's that bad). I don't want to really get detailed, just new bearings, new rings. Is it worth my time? The engine has a little sludge buildup and dirty oil. Not sure how long it was ran like this. Don't want to spend a lot of money to tune it up.

Thanks for the advice

doing rod bearings from under the car will be the biggest headache you'll ever have...a close friend of mine couldnt use a cherry picker in his complex either so he got one pulled the motor out and brought it to a friends house to work on it....since it will only take you a couple hours to get it out, i doubt you'll get fined for using the hiost,,,(this is only if you have a place to work on it)

It's just that it can be a little complicated. Unless you have a helper, that understands the procedures, you are jumping into a headache and gravity will work against you... just so you know!
If you lived in south florida, i could give you a hand with that, i have hoist and engine stand.

Yeah I wasn't going to put a lot of thought into this. I didn't want to really turn it into a big project even though it should be. As long as she gets another 50k miles at least I'll be happy. I trust it will. I have a friend that knows nothing about engines but I think I could coach him to help me, I hope.

Doing a job like this from underneath the car would be a real pain in the ***. You'll pretty much be fighting gravity the whole time you work on the car, not to mention that's kind of a delicate operation to be performing in a parking lot. The reason why it's nice to have the engine out of the car and on an engine stand is because you can rotate the engine in the direction you need it to work on it. Makes things about 100x easier.
