it is a 94 delsol it wont run right to like 4 rpm. i replaced plugs, wires. dizzy. all the sensor i swap from another motor. throllt body. did comphishing test. i cant figure out what is wrong please help. it is d15b7. i drove it for years and one day it this now cant figure it out

 

have you checked the timing?

 

yes i look and redid the timing and replaaced the belt to

 

The timing belt is likely off by one tooth. Double check that the cam and crank are perfectly synchronized at TDC. Then check the ignition timing with a timing light.
