B16 Distributor problem?
here is the problem:
I have a b16a2, put in a new rotor, cap, wires and plugs, but the car still runs like ****.
The problem is that I am getting low spark on cylinder #2, when I pull the wires from the spark plug, I put them against the post on the head, and out of Cylinder #1 I get a nice spark, but 2 I get nothing, and 3 and 4 are relatively low. The new thing is doing is that it's getting harder and harder to start it up in the morning, and when I let the car sit for a while, the car will start, sputering, and afterwards it will stop and be normal. Only when I drive under 2K RPM the car hesitates.
One other thing is that the car is smoking, I believe that a valve stem seal is bad on cylinder #2, but does this affect how the car starts?
Thanks
