IMO, iceman. Metal heats up. On the other hand people will tell you that the air is moving so fast that it doesn't matter how hot the metal is. Other people on here are so cheap that they will swear by ebay intake and a K&N filter. I use Iceman and am happy. Any cold air intake > * so take your pick. Aem cold air intake is the most popular.
A intake w/o headers and exhaust wont do you any good. If you have any more questions- just ask

Yeah I know its like people tell me that all the time to just go cheap on it. I am not like that. For my 2001 Integra Type-R I only bought the best of the best for it. If your going to spend money on the car might as well spend money on stuff that going to work and look great as well as make people druel when the see it.

you get what you pay for, and as the saying goes around here on h-t, "Dont put crap on your car", youll regret it in the end. and really, you get what you pay for. thats kinda all that needs to be said on the matter, as far as intake goes though each model has its ups and its downs, cold air for instance is great, from my experience tho if your not careful water is its worst enemy, id definatly get an air bypass with it but from what ive seen performance gains tend to be higher with that than a ram air, because of the cooler temperatures... but theres people who im sure will argue this to the grave that ram air is more productive and beneficial to your motor. but like i said, ups and downs. aem, iceman, k&n (and the many others i cant think of off the top of my head) are all proven brands youll get people who swear by one and cant stand another, its really going to be up to you, I personally have had iceman and aem and i liked the aem mainly because of the styling and it matched my fuel rail lol but both performed very well and i would recommend each very highly

WOW...you can go that big on a throttle body 72-74mm on a H22. I mean with my ITR I didnt go bigger than 68mm...
All this I know about the cold air and it being a risk with water. But see there are brands that people who have ITRs like me that are the **** for that car like MUGEN, HYTECH, ARC, COMPTECH, SPOON. Cause the people with ITRs use either MUGEN, ARC, COMPTECH for an intake cause they make the best power for that car. It looks like with the prelude has different brands that are best for its engine.
What are the ultimate power brands for the prelude.

First of all, the main difference between the "cold air" and the "short ram" is the length and the tempurture difference is very minimal when the car is moving.
Go to Blake's page. He has a dyno compairison of a short ram and his cold air intake/BPI stack. The VTEC cross-over was greatly affected

I think the stock rubber tube/arm with the K&N arm and filter would work well. BPI flow stack is also a nice addition. And CAI>SRI when talking about power, and its due to the length, not the cold air.
