Default Putting a H22 head on a H23 block? Is this smart? PLEASE HELP!!

Im just wondering if im going to have any reliability problems with this idea or any problems at all. I want to put an H22 v-tec head onto a H23 block and i heard its not that reliable, im also wondering if im going to get the same Hp output as an H22 but also wondering if im going to get more Tq than an H22.? idk i need suggestions please

if you don't rev it like crazy, it will not give any longevity issues. if you bounce the rev limiter daily, you'll probably have issues. Peak HP is similar, torque is a bit better and happens at lower rpm on the h23. i recommend a vtec controller, as a stock bottom end h23 benifits from lower vtec engagement. (i had mine set at 4300)
