my rear passenger seat belt is not pulling back the seat on the top but u can pull it all the way but it wont go back
so i need to know how and what to remove it so i can check whats wrong or replace a new one
any ideas?skills?pros?

also im a noob so it be hard for me to do anything here on honda tech since they give me limits
but all help is appreciated

Im the owners manual of my honda it says limited lifetime warranty on the seatbelts although mine do it to just havent made time to go try and get them to fix em for free (mine is a 93)
