Hey i have a 2000 civic wit a Apexi n1 cat back on it, i am trading the axle back for a 00 civic si stock axle back. Will it fit directly or will i have to weld it in. I know the n1 piping is like 2.36 or something around there but not sure what stock si is
I *think* it will work just fine!
Why?
I had a Tenzo R axle back on my HX that I wanted to use after doing a full Si swap - instead of the stock axle back.
The Si exhaust plumbing was larger than the HX, however...
All I had to do was elongate the two holes of the mounting flange, so the spring-loaded screws that hold it together didn't bind against the side(s) of the holes!
You'll probably have the same situation - in reverse...
I suspect all you'll have to do is play around with the holes on the flange...
