my little bro barely got his turbo set up in and decided to build it up on his LS Vtec the clown decided to take it out for a drive aswell it wouldnt let him go pass 5k rpm bogging him down...

-No Tune, No Injectors, Stock fuel pump lol


he turned it off now it doesnt wanna turn on haha i jus recently took a look at it n he has spark on all 4 cylinders it sounds like its about to start then dies he dint want to wait for the rest of the parts to come in n they still havent would it be something to do with fuel? thnks honda tech i aplogize for the stupidity haha

how bad really was he on it up til 5k?
im gonna guess that it has a stock map also.

go back and start with a compression test.

 

yeah it wouldnt let him go past 5k, then he said he turned it off when he pumped gas n after a little it was trippin on him at 3k bogging down ? injectors?

 

fuel pump and stock map sensor. that's my guess. also bogging can equal a fuel filter. i see that often. it's happened to me. Everytime you do a turbo set up you should change the fuel filter

 

apreciate it bro i was thinking the same thing i jus changed it to a walbro 255 today & he doesnt want to turn it on just yet lol hes waiting now does he need to change the map sensor? hes only gonna be doing like 10 lbs of boost?

he needs some type of engine managment. stock ECU and stock injectors wont cut it. You can't just change the map sensor. you need managment piggy back or something.
If hes running 10psi i would advise getting hondata or neptune something in that area. then get it tuned

chipped doesn't mean anything. just cuase it's chipped does not mean you can run boost on it
