Default Strange rev

So i have this problem. This problem exists in my stock D16a6. When i give the engine a nice amount of fuel, near the top end of the gear (in all gears) my tach starts to just bounce all over the place. It doesnt sound like the engine itself is spiking and it doesnt happen in neutral either.

I took a video of the strange happenings. The first 20 seconds in you can see but after that i slow down again and shut off my music lol. 40 seconds in is from a stand still with no music and i take the car from first to the top end of third.

So im hoping you could all take a peek and let me know what you think the problem might be.

Here is the link for the video

No.

It seems to only do it when i "push the engine". Ya know, drive it harder than normal. It aslo happened the other night when i was in fifth and slowly pushed the car to 95ish at which point i backed off because the tach was bouncing off the walls
