Default Type R throttle body help

I am curious to whats the name and what the fittings below do. It's an aftermarket TB for the Type R model. I am trying to figure out if this is FITV?

GSR have FITV below the TB I have an H22A that uses FITV below as well.

ITR does not have FITV. ITR TB only has one nipple on the top, which I think goes down to the charcoal canister, but dont quote me on that. the only other "port" on top would be for the MAP sensor. on the bottom there are two nipples for coolant from the IM, and to the IACV.
