Default Driver lock open/close windows

This feature doesn't seem to work on my 04 Accord EX-L. Supposedly when you turn the key counter-clockwise, wait, and turn it counter-clockwise again all of the windows are supposed to go up and then the car locks. Doing this clockwise should roll the windows down and unlock the vehicle.

This doesn't work on my vehicle. But, using the remote to unlock the car and roll down the windows does work. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same exact problem. When I use the remote and hold the unlock button, the windows roll down.

When I try to get them up using the key and turning and holding, the windows don't roll back up. It used to always work, but then got work done on my car door after an accident and now it never works. Anybody ever fix this before?

You are doing this on the driver's door, right? You are supposed to turn it twice, and hold it turned on the second turn (don't wait, or hold it on the first turn). Maybe someone replaced the actuator, and didn't reconnect the wires. Does the auto up/down work? Sometimes you will have to reprogram the auto up/down feature after disconnecting the battery.
