Default Oil Pan Plug - Leaks

My 97 SE 4 cyl has been thru the enlarged self-tapping oil pan plug routine and now this one leaks bad. Doesn't appear to be an easy fix by way of a washer either. How tough of a job is it to put a new oil pan in?

1. remove the down pipe.
2. removed the beam
3. drain your oil.
4. unbolt the trans cover plate thats on the trans (right next to the oil pan.)
5. unbolt the oil pan.
6. now you can install new oil pan in reverse.
7. refer to your service manual for bolt torque and tighten order, and where to apply liquid gaskets.
8. installation is the reverse of installation.
9. put oil in and double check your work to ensure your job is leak free and customer satisfaction.
10. thank you for coming to Honda.

When you refill it with oil, you'll need about half a quart more than normal, IE 5 quarts for an F22

Classic

OP, Before you go spending all that time replacing the pan you could try putting Teflon tape on the threads of the plug. As well, go down to your local auto parts store and see if you can find a thicker nylon washer. I did both of these steps and it stopped my leak.
