ls/vtec build should i use a thicker oil?

hoping for 10,500 rpms red line itr os, sk2 pro 3 cams, balanced bottom, p&p b16 head and itb's. will 5-w30 be fine or what any suggestions?

5w-30 will be fine.

I use 10w-30 in my LS/VTEC.

10-30 is what i use also. 5-30 is ok but i would use 10-30 since your revin it pretty high

maybe his vtec is set at 7k and he NEEDS to rev it high to get the most out of vtak?

on my LSV rex i use 10w30 runs pretty good.
