Garrett T04B - need oil restrictor or -3AN Line Okay?

I would like to know if I need an oil restrictor fitting for my Garret T04B or if a -3AN oil feed line would be good enough?

You shouldn't need an oil restrictor for a journal bearing turbo unless specified by the manufacturer.

Yes, a -3 line by itself is fine, and sometimes you can even get away with a -4.
