code 43 fuel system supply failure? Filter or pump?
The code description is mis-leading
Consider the code to actually mean the O2 sensor is reading unburned oxides.
The diagnostics should include looking for reasons the car is running in a rich condition, also a lazy O2 sensor can trip this code.
If you would tell people the year and model of your Accord you might get a better response

92 accord, my son seen the code. The car drives sluggest over 3000 rpm. I'm not sure what the code 43 is on this car, but the civic says fuel system supply failure.
So a new 02 sensor should help maybe?

As long as there is a code stored in the ECM, the computer will run the engine in a "default" mode, ignoring some sensors.
Performance will not be normal.
I might suggest that you check all the basic items first due to the high cost of an oxygen sensor.

Thats such great news. The engine light always stays on. I had it jumped, and my son was driving and it started to flash. He remembered the flashing and called. I tried to reset the ecm and nothing. I changed the computer, and yet nothing. I'm on a mission to find out the issue. Sensors sensors sensors.
As for the 02 sensor, yeah expensive. I believe it is a four wire attached to a header, not a stock manifold.
