Looks fine to me...how could you mess up a bypass anyway?

Make sure you get the right size to match your intake tube.

May as well use an SRI with a cold-box if you plan to BYPASS a CAI....Bypass' cost power...

Just make one......I don't think anyone actually has produced one for us....Most I have seen make great use of HVAC sheet metal.....easy to work with.
