Default Question on what heades are, yes newbie ideal again

Hey guys, its that newbie again ideal, what exactly is/are header(s) , what happens when you change them out more hp, more power in general, mpg better?, im hoping after i get that question answered someone might tell me what would be a good header/headers for a stock 93 honda accord ex, thanks in advance guys.

EX's have a 4-2-1 design which is pretty good. $300 for a couple of ponies isnt worth it. If anything, an aftermarket header will be a weight reduction.

There are quite a few companies that sale headers for honda's, just look around.

not really worth it 'cept for show purposes, at least on an EX
some say you get gains on an LX 'cause the stock header isn't as good
