Default h22 not running

soo i have a 97 h22a in my 95 accord, and it hasn't been running right for a month. Before it would crank over n start, but sound like it was running on 3 cylinders, and now all it will do it crank all day and not start. So my friends thought the MSD was bad, but it was sparking. And the fuel filter n fuel pump was all removed n re placed last year. so i have no idea what the hell is wrong with it. And i kinda miss driving it, sucks not having a car.

I can use all the advice possible. ohh and if it makes a difference, i was removing the ECU for a few days straight cuz i was doing some welding on the car, but put it back in when i was done. So could removing n putting the ECU in like that for bout 5 days straight mess anything up?

removing the ecu and stuff like that for days would make no difference. the msd though., even though there is spark doesnt mean its in the pattern for the cylnders. maybe the firing order is off. try and check the rotor inside the cap. could have moisture inside or mayb its just bad and its sparking threw all the cylenders. if not that then i recomend taking out the msd and putting the oem parts back and and make sure ur igniter and coil;s r good. then if not that then check compression and so on so fourth.
