Default Hard for passenger side window to roll up (PW)

Ok i have a 99 civic si and its become more and more difficult to roll my passenger side window up,and their power windows, i have heard of some people using like a silicone spray on the weatherstrip/glass tracking and they said it works fine. It will get stuck when the window is all the way down but i can grab it and pull it up once away from the bottom it comes up fine. I don't think my motor is bad but who knows, right.

My driver's side goes up slower than my passenger on my sol. I'm worried that this may one day escalate. I can't think of any other suggestions, besides what's already on the table. I would just try taking off the interior door panel for a better look. But, that's usually were I mess things up. nothing worse than having the wrong tools when your half way into a project. You may even want to contact a local dealer, and talk to one of the technicians there. the y may know of the problem.
