try this..." SILICONE SPRAY ". spray a good portion along the guide where the window goes.......it will lubricate the guides and help the window go up and down smoother.........hope it helps

Road dirt and dust get in the tracks over time and slow the windows down. Just put a dose of silicone spray in there and they will be ok. I don't think its a mechanical problem....just the nature of the cars. I don't know of any 94-95s that don't have that problem.

Almost all auto parts stores have silicone spray.. just spray through a straw into the tracks and see it that helps the window roll up/down problem. It helped my windows roll up and down at the same time. If that doesnt help then Id go ahead and check your wiring and switches. But do spray the window tracks first with the spray to see if that would solve your problem.

silicone spray can help if they are annoying slow....but wait, they are annoying slow stock from the factory in most Accords I've been in ...especially mine. Even my brand new drivers side power window motor seems to be underpowered...*sigh*

If it's absnormally slow now, use silicone spray, otherwise it can't be helped.
