Default How well will these throttle bodies perform ?

how well do you think 45 mm Indivisual Throttle bodies will perform on the following :-
***each motor has the same mods {skunk 2 stage 2 cams , Portflow head w/race valvetrain, 12.1 compression, SMS header, Skunk2 intake manifold , Hondata stage 4, 350cc injectors, ***

B16A
B18C1
B20Z block w/ B16 head ( head chamber open up to 84mm bore )
B20Z block w/ B18 head ( head chamber open up to 84mm bore )

I'd go with the 50mm TWM set up. A friend of mine had the 45mm and couldn't get it to run right.

what was his problem ?
lack of air ?
or was it difficult to tune ?

He was trying to tune them with a Hondata(map sensor) instead of something that reads off of a tps sensor(AEM?). Not really sure what the difficulty was.
