Default 92 Si radiator swap

I have a 92 si wth an h23. Swapping in the h22a. I ordered a new radiator for a 93 si vtec. This will bolt up just fine right? No issues with the radiator support or fans not fitting?

Is this radiator thicker?

It'll drop into the radiator supports no problem. However, the stock H23 radiator fans will not bolt up to the H22 specific radiator. You'll need stock H22 fans or you can make some brackets out of aluminum and bolt it up that way.

About the radiator being thicker, I just placed an order for a KOYO aluminum radiator and I noticed the dimensions were a bit larger than the KOYO radiator for the F22/H23 application. Not sure if there is any cooling benefit from this.

Did you buy just an OEM replacement radiator? If you purchased any type of "racing" aluminum radiator, I'd just stick with the H22 radiator and use after market slim fans for future clearance in case of a turbo install. If you were just looking for a replacement, I would have went with the H23 radiator, so my stock fans would bolt right up.

Yes, it's an OEM replacement, just wanna make sure the h23 one wont have issues keeping the h22 cool.

You'll be fine as long as you properly bleed the coolant system of air bubbles.
