Anyone had a problem using stock exhaust manifold with DragIII?

Default Anyone had a problem using stock exhaust gasket with DragIII?

happened twice to me. just smarted up and ordered mr. gasket.
but is this common? or am i just an idiot.

also what are the size of the nuts on the exhaust manifold, mine disapeared when the gasket went?

i hate exhaust leaks.

holly ****, you live in thousand oaks, I never see any half a descent imports there, just a bunch of MILF..lol

BTW, I work at TO toyota.

to answer your question, bolts are 8x1.25mm

not too many imports, few rich kids with supras, and a bunch of newer muscle cars that feel like the own the street, and well most of the time they do.

yeah, no kidding, and supra owners are dick, so is Celica's...and they actually paid dealer 25 bucks for an oil change...heheheheheh

Are you saying your OEM exhaust gasket blew out? What you need to do is torque it down a few more foot lbs more than stock. Ive had mine for over 2 years and its the same gasket I used.

Honda recently changed the design of their exhaust manifold gaskets from two ply to one ply. I have no idea why, buy if you're having an exhaust leak (which is my guess) this is why. A solution to this would be to just order two gaskets and and put them both on. This drove me insane, I kept thinking I warped the manifold or something along those lines.
