Default Are my oem gsr plugs resistor type?

Running my gsr on 6 psi JRSC, with hondata s300. Are the oem ngk's ok to run? Thanks.

NGK BRK7E
NGK BRK7E-11 with a regap to ~.030ish

BKR7E and BKR7E-11 are the correct part numbers for those suggested plugs. If there's an R, usually in the third letter position, in the part number of an NGK plug, then it's a resistor type. This excludes NGK Race plugs, which have part numbers like R5672-A8, and are non-resistor type. Your OEM plugs should be resistor type.
