96 civic...GSR swap. CEL 21 22 14?
well the motor is a
jdm gsr 95 and it only has one plug for the vtec, the ECU is a p28 chipped with a typr r map, ran great ran great for a EG b16.
but i dont think my vtec is engaging, i dont hear or feel it...how do i get rid of the CEL light, i ran a wire direct to the vtec solenoid connecting to A4 at the ECU, the IACV is another issuel but i can handle that.
help guys about the vtec solenoid.
bottom line my solenoid only came with one plug do in need the other plug?
for now I'm just running the stock LS ECU.
