Is this a preexisting condition, or did it start after replaceing your bulbs or lenses? Has the car ever been an accident?

it just started after i put the new lights in, it only blows the 20A fuse when i hit the brakes. if i don't hit the brakes, the horn works fine, as does everything else

Did you replace the bulbs or the lenses. Recheck your work. Did you use the right bulbs? Is there a bare or pinched wire? It should be easy to find the problem.
