4spd to 5spd?

Default 4spd to 5spd?

How would i go about converting that, i might be buying my friends d16z6 and my ef is the base model 4 spd 91 honda civic hatchback, for around 500, but the tranny needs replaced, so how would i go about putting a new tranny in there?

find a ef Si tranny for sale and bolt it to the motor then drop everything in hook it up and BAM you have 5 gears with vtec motor

hehe good **** lol thanks :D, do you think a d16z6 is worth doin that for?, what about CV axles?

just pull your tranny, get a fifth gear added in. and boom!!............kidding

5 speed tranny swap, takes an hour!

Doesn't this require you to get the 5spd knuckles as well?
