Car suddenly Shut off while driving need help!!!!

Ok I have an 97 Civic ex 5speed. I have a code 14 and 23. I check the main relay and it's good. I hear the fuel pump prime. It will drive for two blocks and then just die. Can it be the Ivac the dizzy. Also once it shut off it hard to start back up.

I had something similar happen, thought it was the coil. Turned out to be my actual ignition switch.

sounds just like my buddies eg hatch... its his ignition switch. his dumbass keeps replacing everything he can, but doesnt belive me its his ignition switch.
