Default stupid lights

So i put in new corner lights and i think i tugged the passenger side wires pretty hard and it came unplugged, someone rewired it.the day lights dont work at all, and when i turn the lights on regularly, the backs dont light up, I can signal left and right, but when i signal right the dash and the back lights blink with it. I found out that 2 of the 3 wires on the right blinker were unplugged, they were routed under the fusebox into the fenderwell and then they were unplugged from there, I cant find where the other side of the wires are, any input on where they can be at? I took off the fender and cant find it.

So Lemme retell the story, the lights were working ,perfectly, then I changed the corner lights because 1 went out. I changed it and then now the corners ,back lights, and cluster light dont work. the corners work when you blink but it doesn't work when you turn it on. the funny thing is when I blink right the back lights blink with it and the dash light. I was talking about how the wires were routed, it was routed to nowhere.... I checked both sides and the wires go to nothing. I have no Idea what the problem is.

Any input will help, because as of now I am clueless, the only idea I have is that the wires burned the rubber and is shorting somewhere.

Look for a disconnected ground wire near each of the lights that don't work.
