i just got da with a built b16a with port and polish head ,valsprings and retainers .skunk 2 intake manifols and cams and cam cears..dc headers ..tuned ecu...the guy said when they put the head on they didnt set it right so the timing needs to be fixed...is this true could that be why when taking off in 1st gear i have to give it more gas or it bogs out ..and when im driving it feels like it has no power it doesnt pull hard at all even when vtec pops it still doesnt go anywhere could the timing be causing all of this?

 

I would have to guess that your ignition timing is off. If the ignition timing is retarded too much, then no, it won't have any kind of ***** whatsoever. Get someone, or do it yourself, to set your ignition timing.
