Default Chipped p28 h22a on h22a4 motor

okay i need to drive my car as of rite now and need some advice i have a p28 chipped for an h22 mostly like the h22a A/F setups is that the same as the h22a4? and would there be any problems if i ran it on my car and it idles pretty low and the idle goes way under everytime i put it back in neutral is this common? also when i shift gears the RPM drops like crazy and it messes up my shifts almost to the point of it having me ride the clutch a little trying to find the point where the clutch engages...plus third gear feels weak on low RPMS..the chip is also for an h22 with basics...any help is apprecieted..my car is a 5th gen im gonna get a tune pretty soon but someone please help i dont want my motor blowing up anytime soon
