i was throwing an egr light so i took an old egr off my other engine. after the swap i went for a ride to see if it would come on agian, it did.

my question, when the cel came back on i tried to pull the code agian. the cel came on and did not blink at all. it just stays lit while im trying to pull the code. has anyone had this problem, whats the deal?

YOu need to clean your EGR ports on the IM.
