Default Deciding on my Swap....

I'm going to be swapping in a new motor soon, and heres the deal.

My budget is as much as $3500, but if I don't have to spend that much I'll be happy

Locally, there is this guy that is pulling out his B16 from his Si and he wants to sell it to me for $2500. I'd be getting the CTR Valve Cover, his header, and his intake with the swap. I wouldn't be getting his fuel rail, FPR, and anything else that he'd need to keep for his new swap. His motor has 38k on it.

Or I could get a B16a or b18c1 from hondamotorsonline.com for their set price, and get everything I need for the swap.

I also wanted to turbo my swap not long after I got it. I'd appreciate your input as to what I should look into. I'll be doing a mixture of racing and autocrossing in my Si. Thanks for the help!

That local guy is asking way to much. You mentioned http://www.hondamotorsonline.com Their full B16A2 swap is $2350 and around $200-$300 for shipping. And you'll get everything. JDM or USDM. I wouldn't buy from the guy and that compaines prices are decent. I'm buying from them.

Nah, that budget is JUST for the swap for now. I'll have the money for a turbo when the time comes.
