Default EGR WARRANTY and other codes pulled from CEL?

so i have read many many threads about the EGR.. i read from someone that the egr is covered by a 150k warranty or something like that? some please explain.. i puled the codes from my car(CEL IS ON) and these came up..
someone already suggested that i clean out the EGR ports, that might be causing this code.... p0401-egr flow insufficient

And these other two codes i have no clue.. if anyone knows please help.. thanks
p0170- fuel trim malfunction bank 1
p0171- system too lean bank 1

Here is a great "how to" on cleaning your EGR ports.

I don't know about the othe codes though. How old is your fuel filter? It may be to clogged to allow enough fuel to flow for the engine to run correctly.
