Default shaky suspension

i've been trying to diagnose my shaky suspension and so far i've come up dry. i had movement from 12 to 6 and 3 to 9 on both front wheels. i replaced the passenger axle, upper control arms on both sides, outer tie rods both sides, and while i did the outer tie rods, i put new bellows kits on both sidescause mine were pretty shot. everything was oem honda except for napa lifetime warranty axle. i got the play from top to bottom (12 to 6) gone after i did my control arms, but i still have the side to side play. a buddy of mine that works at a mr tire did my alignment after i did my outer tie rods and said he thinks that the rest of the play should be the inners. so i have a brand new set of world suspension inner tie rods that i recently picked up and i'm wondering if that is going to fix it or am i looking at a rack and pinion issue?

Wheel bearing? Does the car make bearing noise while driving?

and also, the left (driver side) will make a "knocking" sound like if i'm reversing and stop or if i like down shift into second and slow down, and then start to accelerate again, it'll knock... kind of like it has play from front to back (front of the car to back of the car).

I would really be surprised if you did have rack-and-pinion problems.

If your wheel moves from side to side (caster change) then it may be your radius rods, which are what keeps the caster in check. Might check out those rubber bushings in there...

would the bearings cause the play as well the radius rods?

Yeah, if your bearings are messed up there would be play....probably in many directions though.

so do i need:

112161 004 2 BEARING ASSY., FR. HUB No Color 92.14 64.50

or

112163 005 2 HUB ASSY., FR. No Color 154.30 108.01

i'm pretty sure 112161 x2 is all i need. and i guess the bearings are just pressed out and back in? is there anything else that i should change if i'm doing this? and should i do that rears as well?

I didn't see you say anything about balancing the rims or did you look for a bent rim. If you did that did you look for play with any of the ball joints while the car was jacked up? You can also have a problem with the rack. Also check your rotors normally if they are warped you will see it while braking but if they are REALLY bad you could see it while driving. One more thing what speed do you notice the vibration and is it only in the steering wheel. If you notice in your butt thats the rear.

the car definitely shakes from the time i start moving till i stop. when i get up to speed its not as bad, not very noticeable, but my hand shakes on the steering wheel, and when i had my friend drive next to me, he said you could see the wheels shaking (we were going like 10mph). the wheels where balanced the day i got my alignment done after putting my new outer tie rods on. one rim is slightly bent, but it's on the rear left, not either of the fronts (getting rotas this summer). the only ball joints that i could notice ware on were the upper control arms and outer tie rods, which is why i replaced those. i'll check the rotors next. so i'm looking at either rack, inner tie rods, bearings, rotors, or bent rim?

I would have a hard time thinking its a bearing. Bearings make noise when damaged but its possible. Another thing to look at is shocks now this is a long shot but its also possible. For me without looking at the car and checking thinks myself I'm just guessing from experience.
