i went and test drove a s2000 today and i drives perfect the interior is perfect as well as the exterior. It is an 2002 with 15k miles on it and they want 19500 for it. Is that too much. What would you guys give them for it. oh and its the aqua blueish color if that makes a difference.

That price is to much. You can find a better deal if you look with higher mileage. Just remember its a Honda and will drive like new with 70k. For the price they are asking you can get an 04-05 with 10-15k more miles.

Color does matter. If its Suzuka blue it isn't worth as much because its not in demand. You should offer around 16k fo that car.

 

yea i dont really like the color i wanted either a black or white one and im sure this sounds like a retarted reason but i like the 9k redline, so i wanted to an ap1 but thanks for the info when i go back to the dealership ill try to haggle him down a little more if i decide i can live with the color

19,500 is way too much. Especially in that market. We picked up our 03 suzuka with 60k for 14k.

My buddy got an 03 GPW for 16k with 3,000 miles on it.

I wouldn't pay more than 15 or 16k for it in your market. In FL, it'd probably go for 16k but the demand is higher down here.

As for the color, we liked the exterior a lot, weren't super keen on the interior, but it's grown on us and we love it. The exterior looks sooooooo nice when clean in the light.

my wife wanted an S2000, and to trade in our accord v6. You really think I was gonna argue with that one? hell no.

I've got the civic, which will be seeing boost. She claims the s2k as hers just so I don't mod it (which is gonna happen regardless), and the Harley is mine.

 

the harley is alright with me...especially being from milwaukee

but personally i would skip boosting the civic and get something nice

to each their own...

the civic, I got in a trade for a 4runner I had converted to solid front axle. But I never drove it because it got 12mpg.

It's a 2000 lx sedan with 07 accord gunmetal metallic paint. It looks pretty decent, and is very low-key. It's a good DD, IMO.

man My local honda is selling an 03 with 35K miles on it. Its honda certified, I told the guy to give me his best price out the door... He came back with $25,341!!!!! Not to mention the car has a small dent/scratch in the driverside rear wheel well.
