F/T F/S vtec motor

i want to trade my d15z1 motor+tranny+stock ecu for a P28 ecu (manual) or $120
reason: I bought a JDM D15B, a new tranny so all i need is the ECU make an offer
GUARANTEED START UP

any more info on it?date code stamp on head,mileage,maintenance,smoking/buring oil?I got a Virgin P28 from my D16z6 swap.

i was suppose to pick this up, but ran into some money problems.
