Fuel Pressure Issue...
I got way too much fuel pressure right now. Previous owner had the car got boosted so it has walbro 255 fuel pump. Since then i have done a JDM swap and i am getting almost 60psi of fuel reading on the gauge. So i bought a B&M FPR and it pretty much did nothing, brought it down to 58psi. Should i buy another STOCK ITR fuel pump or am i just overlooking something?
I'm not trying to sound condescending but did you try adjusting the pressure with the regulator, or just put it on? When are you checking the pressure? Is your vacuum line hooked up? a little more info might help.

Yea report back with this before I say anything...kind of important

you adjust pressure with the vacuum lines OFF the manifold. secondly, I have run a stock ITR motor with a 255HP intank and the car ran fine. it was probably a little rich but ran perfectly normal. third, B&M regulator is garbage. if you have a stock regulator, use that. if you want aftermarket, get something better than B&M. otherwise just buy another pump or pick up a used integra/civic pump. even a walbro 190lph will work fine and can probably be found really cheap.

When i adjusted the fuel reg. i did have the vacuum lines off. Yeah Im my gauge is tellin me right below 60psi. I know this is way too much, and im burning fuel with smoke constantly coming out of my exhuast. I bought a B&M because i wasnt about to drop $150-$175 on a fuel reg, that i will never use again because im runnin all motor, nothing crazy. Stock ITR fuel pump is $280, I do not want to pay this for a stock fuel pump. Does a gsr fuel pump have the same specs as ITR, because one of my friends has one lying around that he doesnt need. A 190lph will also work?
