Default lowering an SH

Im planing on buying a set of koni yellows and ground control coil overs on my 99 SH is this going to affect my atts unit. I was loking on ebay an came across this....

It will only affect your ATTS unit if you lower the car too much...

I believe a 2" drop should be the lowest you should go. I have my car lowered with TEIN springs 1.5F and 1.3R with no problems.
