i took my car to the shop 2 times now cause my check engine light is coming on saying i dont got a cat the first time i put a o2 sensor on it to think theres a cat on it but that didnt work.... i just moved my o2 sensor in front of my cat will that fix the problem so the light wont come on anymore... the honda guy i talked to today said the lights coming on cause its not a honda cat but if thats the casue why do they make aftermarket cats then.... if you got any ideas lemme know

 

its aftermarket because its only for off road use. you need a defouler to keep the CEL from comming back.

 

i put a defouler plug in it and the light still came back on

 

did you reset the ecu? after install

 

yea thats why i dont know why it keeps coming bac on

 

Rico, another prestigous memeber on this site once told me about a CEL eliminator which eliminated the CEL but if something were to go wrong for real it would come on.

Hit him up if you have more questions because I never looked into it because I didnt get the DC header because of unavalibilty.
