I came upon a set of used slicks that have 20 passes on them. Mounted on bogart fly stars. 23*8 13's M&H that are 3 years old and haven't been rolling since 2 years ago. the asking price is $400, and think that would be to much for how old they are. Anyone agree? should i have posted this in tire/wheel?
Does it also matter how they were stored?

You got to be careful with tires that are old. Even though they dont have many runs, rubber dries out and gets hard which effects your traction.
At least they are M and H slicks. They are the best.
It is very important how they where stored. They should be in a cool spot indoors. Not outside in the sun.
Not sure if price is fair or not. How much would the rims cost by themselves if you bought them new?

I'd say go for it. Thats a good price just for the rims. So if the slicks are good...then cool. If their not then you've got a good set of wheels and you can buy a new set of tires. Those wheels brand new are $310 a piece plus shipping.

thats the reason i wanted them. two pluses. 23" which i really need, and a nice set of bogart's. if i had cash to throw away, i'd buy em. I'm going to go ahead and buy a set new from exospeed
