Default 2 inch V Band Clamps and Flanges?

does anyone know if these are available, if so where from? wanna use one for my wastegate dump tube and i haven't been able to find anything smaller than 2.5 inch.

are the dynaflex ones still pressed out of 16ga steel? i have a bunch of those in 2" assemblies laying around the shop. stainless and mild. i hardly ever use one.
