im at work right now, and its hard to get an accurate quote cause i dont have a scale to weigh the manifold...i cant imagine it would be more than 25 bucks...so lets call it 300 shipped and if paying by paypal please add 3% for fees.

I was thinking an ITR map maybe? Then again i have no idea what would be best for that set up.. eventually it will be tuned with crome at local shop here in my home town but for the break in and for not getting all the way on it basemap is what i need.
