Are stock valves ok for me?
I have a H22 in my accord I am going to do a mild build and shoot for 200-maybe 220 wheel.
I have the Head off the Motor and found a cracked Valve stem. This motor is gonna get some type S pistons and maybe a pro 2 cam with springs and retainers I think the stock valves should be fine if I just replace the broken one, I just wanted some feedback.
Thanks

Have the machine shop take a lot at the valves and valve seats. If anything, at least lap the valves to ensure a good seat. If there is a lot of pitting have a machine shop at least recut the exhaust seats and valves so you don't wind up with a burnt valve. My local machine shop only charges $2/valve or valve seat so only $32 for the exhaust valves isn't really a bad idea.
Thanks for the Post but the question was more asking if stock valves will be fine for a skunk 2 pro 2 cam with say crower or skunk 2 springs and retainers or if I really need to buy some nice stainless steel valves?
Stock valves are more than adequate. If they are good for mild boosted builds then will handle an all motor build no problem, but like I suggested, have the other valves checked out for pitting or other signs of wear, if they are really abused a good valve job should be done and will also increase performance significantly.
