i do have a chipped ecu, but i just got the chip and this has been happening for some time now. i have a del sol so my bumper is angled differently and that black **** cant make its way up that way, but i do have black marks above my exhaust.

im almost 100% i have a shitty o2, but i was just seein everyone's 2c

Could it be a faulty plug, wire, or dizzy cap that isn't working fully and letting unburned fuel through, are you backfiring?

backfiring a little, the guy is sending me a new chip today, the cap/rotor/wires are pretty old im actually trying to save up to buy a new o2 since ive never changed it and its all black. im backfiring a little but its not that bad. i think i might have a bad coil but i dont think thats related...
