Default LS/Vtec Suggestions of what to Swap?

I had my car Dyno tuned 183whp/139tq, and compression is 270 across the board, they figure 12.1-12.5

So I'm just wondering what is holding it back, my guess is the throttle body and intake. I'm not expecting huge gains from a couple pieces, just want to get the most out of it.

I don't mind changing a few things, but I don't want to rebuild (at that point I rather sell and buy something else)

94 Integra LS
LS engine block bored .25 over
Ported B16 cylinder head
CTR/PCT pistons
Peak Performance pro series camshafts
Portflow Dual Valve Springs
Portflow Titanium Retainers
Skunk 2 Adjustable cam gears
Golden Eagle Block Guard
Golden Eagle LS/VTEC conversion kit
AN-R Compact Header Jet Hot coated
RSR exmag exhaust
test pipe
ITR oil pump
ITR water pump
Power Enterprise Timing belt
Honda main and rod bearings
AEBS main studs
AEBS head studs
Performance Motor Sports machine work
P28 tuned with crome
Walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump
RC 370 cc injectors
SPAL cooling fan
Skunk 2 intake manifold
Memory-Fab Carbon Fiber Intake
Koyo Aluminum Radiator
Endyn catch can/breather kit

Thank you for your help.

a friend of mines have a similar build except itr pistons, stock head, and skunk stage 2 cams. first he went to tune with a stock b16 manifold/tb and dc header he made 180 hp. then he went again with a hytech header, dh racing throttle body, skunk2 manifold and made 220. so im guessing maybe better header and tb.

I had thought about the header, after I saw some posts that said ANR was in the middle compared to like a real Hytech header. But the guy that owns the shop it was tuned and tested at said it was at the top of the range of the LS/Vtecs they see, he said most of the ones he's seen are around 160whp. So he figured my header/exhaust are what helped push it to the upper range, he said the engine was mechanically perfect.

I'm not sure on the specs, I didn't build the car, I bought it... but anyways I had hoped it would be in the 190-200whp range, was disappointed with 183whp honestly...

headers not an issue...my anr made 200 (well 196 but close).

look into changing the intake, possibly a 68mm tb (professional products ones are cheap and good) and maybe try out a decent set of cams.

I was thinking a 66mm skunk TB, I think it should match well with the skunk manifold.

For intake I was thinking either the Samco with a V stack/KN, or cutting the type r cai I got and adding the V stack/KN

You would think though with the size of that Mem Fab (J's knock off) and the huge filter, that it would be more than enough...

If I changed the Cams to say Brian Crower Stg 2 or something similar, how good or bad would that be?

Doesn't seem like it should be that hard to get to 200whp...

why not change them to skunk2? they are proven over and over to make power and on the track. is it the power you're looking for or the time? take it to the track and see what you run.

i am think your exhaust is taking some power away.

my friend's gsr with p30's and brian crower stage 2 cams it put down 186. t1r catback though. and i would think a similar ls/vtec would make more power than a gsr.

Well I'm looking for power, I haven't raced.

I would think a "built" ls/vtec would make more power, but something seems to be holding it back some, I'm just trying to figure out where so I can fix it.

an ls/vtec is basically a gsr powerwise with a little more torque.

his exhaust is fine, header is good...i just made 196 on the same one. the cams are killing you. if you got a set of skunk stage 2's or pro1's and a good manifold and tb you could see 200whp easily imho.
