fake tail light?
all right, i was shopping for my sister . for her 98 civic tail light, she got hit from the back last weekend . and i found this guy in ebay selling this tail light with open bid, the whole thing looks fine, but don't u guys think the silver behind the lens looks kinda fake? my question is, is that a photo shop make up pic? i just don't want to get a different things from what i order http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

they are real tail lights... but do not get them. just get factory oem ones. shop around on craigslist.org or even on here in the marketplace. trust me, those altezza tail lights and stuff are just not good. they also will more than likely leak thru and water will slowly fill up in them. oem FTW!

Well the taillights aint that bad I mean if they were black or carbon atleast but chrome....not gonna happen. And as for the price, maybe its because rarely do people have 4dr civics. I mean the majority or the mass market have the coupes or hatchies so maybe they have so many and wnat to get rid of them.

I got all 4 tail lights for a 5th gen in new condition for like $30 once. Check eBay and craigslist, you should be able to find a decent deal. Maybe another idiot bought a pair of those alteezas and is selling their OEMs, haha.
