4 lugs to 5

what would be the best way to convert my 4 lug 97 accord to a 5x100? Wheel Adapter or Spacer?

what in the world why would you want to go to 5x100? but to answer your question its almost im possible no honda ever came equipped with 5x100 bolt pattern. as far as i know there are only 4x114 to 5x114 adapters
