I have 2 brand new Garrett t3/60-1 turbochargers that i used for mock up on my VQTT build but were never used. Turbine housings and center sections are painted with high temp black paint to prevent rusting. Each turbo comes with a new turbine inlet gasket and an oil drain gasket.
